STRATEGIC LEADER IN COMMUNICATIONS,
OPERATIONS, & ENGAGEMENT
About Me
I am a seasoned strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of communications, operations, and organizational transformation. Known for building high-performing, mission-driven teams, I have held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, where I led transformative initiatives in global communications, operations, strategic project management, employee engagement, and product strategy. I have optimized systems and messaging platforms used by thousands worldwide—streamlining content governance, introducing AI-powered multilingual tools, and leading efforts to foster inclusive, psychologically safe workplace cultures.
In my most recent role as Senior Director of Global Communications and Content Strategy, I unified Salesforce's global content approach, reducing inefficiencies by over 70% while significantly improving access, accuracy, and relevance for cross-functional teams. During my 11-year tenure at Salesforce, I also built and managed a shared services team recognized for its outstanding retention, innovation, and productivity. A trusted advisor to executives, I bring a sharp eye for data, a strategic mindset, and an unwavering commitment to empowering people through clarity and connection.
I also bring a deep commitment to public service and equity-centered leadership. I am the current President of the Carmel, Indiana Democratic Committee, a precinct chair for the Democratic Party in Hamilton County, and served as the citywide GOTV (Get Out The Vote) Leader in 2024. In 2023, I ran for City Council in Carmel, driven by a desire to build more transparent, inclusive local governance. These experiences have equipped me with a nuanced understanding of the political landscape and a passion for mobilizing communities around shared goals.
Whether in the boardroom or the community, I am known as a builder—of teams, systems, partnerships, and trust. I hold a MA in Organizational Leadership from Siena Heights University and a BA Journalism–Public Relations from Franklin College.
I continue to use my unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and human-centered leadership to drive impact in both the private and public sectors.
